  • The Challenge

    To deliver an engaging and on-brand experience in Cyprus for 600 delegates over three days. The event was to be both a celebration of recent successes, and also a learning experience for staff to familiarise themselves with the local area.

    Pumphouse delivered a series of events that started with a full-day, full-production conference and concluded with a Gala Awards Dinner. From the moment delegates arrived in Cyprus, they were treated to a Thomas-Cook branded experience, immersing them fully in the brand and developing their sense and understanding of what makes a Thomas Cook holiday.

    The event has become a core event in the Thomas Cook calendar, seen by many as vital for the successful cascading of the SMT strategy and for developing enthusiasm for its key sites.
